Actions are louder than words.

It is true that the way one speaks, one can win hearts. Be it woman or man everyone melts when they hear good things. But what matters even more in sales is when ones expressions go with words. Ofcourse the words are important but if there is no expression with it, the importance does have impact.

Quite often then people even after hearing everything good and what one wanted to hear, still feels a vacuum. It is because these are times when one feels it is not a human but a machine speaking to them....expressionless...emotionless.

One's words should always accompany expressions, actions to carry weight. It creates a bond and lends authenticity in totality. Be it personal or professional life more than words the actions are what makes people stay together for long.
